Some initial Ch 5 cleanup
Drop Control interface, not flexible enough. Use isCFG() call, overloaded in child classes. Projections have a more complex test.
Missing some printouts in Bool children, If, Region, Phi.
IfNode type is a tuple. Region is TypeControl.
