Create a better driver programn (#168)
This allows:
- read "Simple" programs from files or stdin
- selectivley dump sea-of-nodes after earch optimization pass
- save *.dot files
- print generated assembler
- evaluate progrmas with given arguments (Eval2::eval() needs improvement)
- select CPU and ABI for code-generation
