Fix bugs

One more encoding invert-branch test version, with extensive comments and symmetry pointed out.  Fixes missing back branch at loop end.

Switch the arguments to `dep.addDep(this)` to become `this.addDep(dep)` shortened to `addDep(dep)`.

One more missing dep in Region fusing.
