Modify GAME_IDENTIFIER packet. Clarify timestamps

- Mention seconds since Unix Epoch for Unix timestamps

Added
- NLEN and Name in GAME_IDENTIFIER packet

Removed
- CRC-32 and CRC-16 from Type in GAME_IDENTIFIER packet
